As of today, the partnership between Triton Fund V, advised by Triton, and Swiss IT Security Group (SITS Group) is official. Following the fulfilment of all closing conditions, the change of ownership from Ufenau V German Asset Light SLP, a fund exclusively advised by Ufenau Capital Partners, to the new investor Triton has thus been completed. Terms and conditions of the transaction are not disclosed.<\/p>\n

Founded in 2017, the SITS Group is one of the leading European providers of IT security services. The portfolio includes strategic cybersecurity consulting and implementation support, managed security services and software solutions. The company is active across industrial sectors and supports corporations, SMEs as well as public institutions in protecting their IT infrastructure and combating cybercrime. The Swiss IT Security Group currently employs a permanent staff of over 500 experts in 19 offices in Switzerland, Germany, Austria, Belgium and the Netherlands.<\/p>\n

Triton, the new owner of the SITS Group, primarily invests in medium-sized companies that have the potential to grow continuously over economic cycles and places great value on working in partnership with the management team as well as the employees. With the Swiss IT Security Group, they are adding a uniquely positioned company to their portfolio that is characterised by its focus on growth markets as well as leading expertise coupled with absolute customer orientation.<\/p>\n
