Merger of German SITS-entities creates leading German Cybersecurity Solution Provider

Wiesbaden, 28 June 2024, The companies ADDAG GmbH, Applied Security GmbH, AV-Test GmbH, ESC - Enterprise Security Centre GmbH, it.sec GmbH, and GCL-IT GmbH have successfully merged to form SITS Deutschland GmbH, creating a robust national entity in the cybersecurity sector.

``This merger enables us to offer our customers more customized and comprehensive security solutions from a single source,`` says Maximilian Coqui, CEO of the SITS Group. ``We are excited about the opportunities that the combination of our expertise opens up.``

By consolidating the extensive expertise of the merging companies, SITS Deutschland will provide a wide range of unique cybersecurity solutions tailored to individual customer needs that is unique in Germany. Customers will benefit from an expanded range of services and continued familiar support from their existing contacts. All existing contracts and agreements will remain valid.

Employees benefit from the opportunity for intensive collaboration and optimisation of existing products and services.

Special thanks go to the former Founders and Managing Directors of the companies, who are still active in management roles and whose experience and commitment contributed significantly to the success of the merger. We also extend our gratitude to all employees for their contributions.

``With this merger, we are ideally positioned to further expand our market share, with a strong focus on our customers,`` emphasizes Jens Rüster, CEO of SITS Deutschland GmbH. ``We look forward to leveraging our combined strengths to deliver even better, more customized solutions.``
