The Würzburg site employs around 120 people and specializes in the development and production of high-quality prototype parts for interior trim, including dashboards, door panels, and center consoles.

The Challenge

TISAX certification under high pressure.
Eurostyle Systems Tech Center GmbH had to renew its TISAX certification on short notice, amid growth, process changes, and a new leadership team. Two legally separate entities, a high protection requirement due to the development of safety-relevant prototypes, and an external audit provider who highlighted the need for action: the initial situation was complex.

What was needed was a partner who would not only advise, but also actively help shape the process – in a structured, pragmatic manner and with a clear focus on the essentials.

SITS took on operational responsibility and supported Eurostyle in implementing all relevant measures, such as documentation and on-site support during the TISAX assessment. In close coordination with team leads, tasks were prioritized, documentation created, and employees sensitized. Within the Portfolio Unit Assessment & Advisory, the data protection and information security management teams worked closely together to capture and implement requirements effectively.

The collaboration was characterized by clarity, reliability, and a shared goal: successful TISAX re-certification.
