Vi er meget glade for at kunne meddele, at ADDAG GmbH (tidligere ADDAG GmbH & Co. KG) i Aachen nu er en del af Swiss IT Security Group (SITS Group). Med henblik p\u00e5 yderligere v\u00e6kst, vil SITS Group og den administrerende partner erhverve 100 % af aktierne i ADDAG.<\/p>\n

Det er allerede det 17. opk\u00f8b, siden gruppen blev grundlagt i 2017. ADDAG er det ellevte medlem af SITS Group i Tyskland.<\/p>\n

ADDAG blev grundlagt i 1993 og tilbyder fremragende tjenester inden for databeskyttelse og IT-compliance. I virksomhedens 28-\u00e5rige historie er ADDAG siden 1993 blevet en anerkendt virksomhed i hele Tyskland, hvor de 15 h\u00f8jt kvalificerede og mange\u00e5rige medarbejdere leverer med fremragende operationel knowhow. ADDAG varetager is\u00e6r ekstern bistand i stillingersom ekstern ansvarlig DPO, etablering af databeskyttelsesstyringssystemer, kontraktarbejde i henhold til DSGVO, revisioner, databeskyttelsesvurderinger af moderne IT-l\u00f8sninger, databeskyttelsestr\u00e6ning samt IT-compliance \/ IT-sikkerhed og omr\u00e5det for vedligeholdelse og overv\u00e5gning af kritisk IT-infrastruktur.<\/p>\n

Den fremragende erfaring afspejles i den h\u00f8je kvalitet og referencer fra anerkendte virksomheder. ADDAG har en diversificeret og loyal kundebase p\u00e5 mere end 300 virksomheder fra sundhedssektoren, industrien, forskning, handel og energi.<\/p>\n

Grundl\u00e6gger og ledende partner Dr. Ralf Werner Schadowski vil fortsat v\u00e6re aktiv som administrerende direkt\u00f8r for ADDAG og vil ogs\u00e5 forts\u00e6tte med at udvikle databeskyttelsesomr\u00e5det inden for gruppen.<\/p>\n
