Pallas GmbH og Dunkel GmbH fusionerer til Swiss IT Security Deutschland GmbH i maj 2022. Dette skridt skaber synergier, giver nye muligheder for samarbejde, sikrer arbejdspladserne i alle involverede virksomheder p\u00e5 lang sigt og tilbyder kunderne et betydeligt mere omfattende udvalg af tjenester fra en enkelt partner.<\/p>\n

Fra maj 2022 vil virksomhederne Pallas og Dunkel blive fusioneret til Swiss IT Security-Deutschland GmbH. Det dermed styrkede Swiss IT Security Deutschland GmbH (SITS D) samler s\u00e5ledes ogs\u00e5 datterselskaberne Pallas og Dunkels knowhow i holistiske l\u00f8sninger og services til gavn for alle selskabers kunder. Gennem fusionen opn\u00e5r SITS D omfattende nye serviceomr\u00e5der og ekspertisen fra de to datterselskaber ud over de eksisterende forretningsomr\u00e5der s\u00e5som sikker digitalisering, privat og hybrid cloud-infrastruktur, arbejdsplads-transformation, managed services og out-tasking samt managed secure workplace, og fremover kombinerer dem under \u00e9t tag.<\/p>\n

Med integrationen af Pallas og Dunkel har SITS D nu de kombinerede tjenester fra h\u00f8jt kvalificerede medarbejdere og f\u00f8lgende yderligere tilbud: Cloud Storage, Managed Security Services, Outsourcing & Hosting, Virtual Data Centres, Secure Email og S3 Storage. I kombination med de tjenester, som SITS D tilbyder, har vores kunder nu adgang til et betydeligt mere omfattende udvalg af tjenester fra en enkelt partner. Vores kunder vil nyde godt af at have et enkelt kontaktpunkt, der planl\u00e6gger, implementerer og driver holistiske l\u00f8sninger og tjenester inden for digital transformation, produktivitet, sikkerhed, compliance og governance b\u00e5de lokalt og i skyen.<\/p>\n

Ledelsen af SITS D, best\u00e5ende af Ralf Wecke og Ralf Christ, blev i januar 2022 suppleret af Stephan Sachweh. Med fusionen sikrer SITS D de tre virksomheders arbejdspladser p\u00e5 lang sigt og giver sine cirka 120 medarbejdere yderligere perspektiver samt mulighed for intensivt samarbejde og optimering af eksisterende produkter. Kunder og partnere vil fortsat drage fordel af supporten fra deres s\u00e6dvanlige kontaktpersoner.
